1:53:28 PM County Planner Christopher Scott Staff report, noting the first paragraph on page1 should read as follows: The Kennedy Major Subdivision was granted preliminary plat approval on May 10, 2005. The subdivision would divide a 82.07 acre tract into 21 mixed use lots ranging from 1.5 to 12 acres in size.
